In the event of a complaint or appeal against PD:Approval or against a PD:Approval affiliated party we will do all we can to reach an amicable resolution. Any upheld complaints or appeals will be sent to our licensing body, if applicable, as part of our annual independent assessment.

Written appeal received

Acknowledgement


We will acknowledge your appeal within 2 working days of receipt.

Review


A full review will take place which will only focus on the appeal in question not on any further appeals or connected complaints*
* The process will only concentrate on the initial appeal; any further issues that become apparent must be pursued in a separate appeals process.

Decision


A final decision will be made by the CEO of PD:Approval. If a decision cannot be made then the relevant membership organisation will be consulted.
