Once you have chosen your product, familiarise yourself with the submission criteria. Remember, support is available at every stage.
Step 2
Collate your evidence
If you are already a training provider delivering to the sector, then this process is largely about collating your existing materials to match the criteria. If you need to develop your programme, or if you are a new provider just starting out, then we have many resources to support you.
Step 3
Submit your application online
The online submission process lets you collate your evidence at your own pace by allowing you to save it as you go and return to it later. However, it’s a good idea to first save all evidence on your own computer before adding it to the online submission form.
Step 4
Receive your expert evaluation report
Your submission is evaluated against industry standards by an independent sector expert who will provide a detailed report within 3 weeks. The report will tell you if the criteria has been achieved and approval is granted. However, if actions are required, detailed feedback will be provided to enable approval to be achieved.*

Step 5
Submission approved
Congratulations on your approval! Time to celebrate and shout about your achievement. We will send you a formal approval letter and certificate to display, along with the PD:Approval logo. You can now open your account on the PD:Portal and start promoting your endorsed training.
Step 6
Renew
To ensure that there is no gap between your endorsement period we will contact you 6 weeks before the end of your endorsement period with a renewal reminder.
