Steps to Accreditation

The online submission process lets you collate your evidence at your own pace by allowing you to save it as you go and return to it later – create a password using the facility at the top of the submission form to save the pages you have completed. However, it’s also a good idea to first save all evidence on your own computer before adding it to the online submission form. Your submission is evaluated against REPS India standards by an independent sector expert who will provide a detailed report within three weeks*. The report will tell you if the criteria has been achieved for Interim Approval. If actions are required in order to achieve Interim Approval, detailed feedback will be provided, to be completed within a specified time frame.

* An additional fee of £200 will be incurred if a further evaluation is required due to missing or incorrect evidence.

Congratulations, at this stage you have achieved Interim Approval and you will now be allocated an External Quality Assurer (EQA) who will arrange a visit to observe your learner assessments, systems and processes. Your EQA visit will also be attended by a representative of REPS India. A report status of Approved will then give you Full Approval status*. We will issue you with a formal approval letter, the accreditation logos and Certificate of Authentication to display. You can also start to take advantage of accredited provider benefits, including a listing on the PD:Portal to showcase your training to new learners looking to get qualified and gain membership with REPS India. You can also register your successful learners so they can receive their formal Certificate of Achievement.

* If you have not achieved the required status for Full Approval your EQA will support you to attain this grade.

Your annual renewal costs £600 (approximately 56,000 INR) per qualification. To ensure that there is no gap between your accreditation periods we will contact you before the renewal date with a reminder and payment details.
